The mission of SMGLL is to “encourage and promote the sports of girls’ lacrosse for the benefit of emotional maturity and
athletic development.” Respect, sportsmanship, and “honor the game” concepts are taught.
Chicklette Program (4-6 y/o girls as of 01/01/09)
An introductory girls’ lacrosse program that focuses on basic skills. Girls are required to provide their
own mouth guard. SMGLL will provide all other necessary equipment, however, you may bring your
own as long as safety standards are met.
SPACE IS LIMITED.
FEE: $45 for 8, 1 hour Saturday sessions
SMGLL 2009 Spring League (7-15 y/o girls as of 01/01/09)
New guideline ~ NO HS athletes permitted.
Please note ~ There is strict league adherence to registration dates. No late registrations are accepted.
FEE: $75 *Donate a girls’ lacrosse stick and/or a used kilt in good condition for a maximum $5 registration reduction –
WALK-IN registration only*

GAMES/EVENTS – No games Easter weekend
- 1st game ~ Fri., 3/27/08 @ varied locations in St. Mary’s, Calvert, & Charles counties
Leonardtown from 9 – 10 am
- Picture Day w/ Lifetouch Sports ~ TBD
- Lax-a-Daisy end of season competitive tournament ~ Sun., 05/31/09 @ Chaptico Park (Raindate: Sun., 06/07/09)
